With more than 25 years of experience in the dance industry, Erin Merkley is an award-winning choreographer, educator, and arts entrepreneur dedicated to shaping the next generation of artists.

Erin began her dance journey at five years old. She earned numerous national titles and performed across the United States starting at a young age. Specializing in Irish dance and tap, Erin developed a passion not only for performance but for storytelling and artistry. Erin's time pursuing Performing Arts at New York University furthered her love for dance and deepened her knowledge and expertise.

Today, Erin is recognized for her commitment to creating meaningful opportunities for dancers through the NOCO Dance Intensive, a nationally recognized training experience that brings world-class faculty, industry professionals, and career-focused education for dancers throughout Colorado and beyond. She aims to provide aspiring artists with access to the mentorship, connections, and training necessary to confidently pursue their dreams.

Whether she is directing productions, choreographing performances, mentoring young dancers, or developing new opportunities for the arts community, Erin is passionate about inspiring confidence, creativity, and excellence through dance.
